We understand that sometimes, things just don't work out!


We accept returns for a full refund, for the purchase price, within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, store credit is offered within 21 days of the initial purchase. In order to be eligible for either, item(s) must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered. If tags were present, they must still be attached. A receipt or order number must be presented to be eligible for a return. We must be able to connect it to the original purchase in our system. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 For the 2019 Holiday Season, we are extending our STORE CREDIT offering. Purchases made between November 1st - December 21st, 2019 have until January 18th, 2020 to be returned for store credit, for the original price paid. Any returns after that timeframe will be denied due to seasonal shifts in our inventory. All additional requirements, as outlined above, still apply (tags attached, receipt/order number provided, etc...)

 If a BOGO discount was used & the full price item is being returned for a full refund, the refund will be less half of the BOGO amount. ((Ex: BOGO 50% off sweaters. The full price returned sweater would be discounted 25% off.)) If returning for store credit, the full price paid for the item will be issued onto a gift card.

 Jewelry/Accessories, Undergarments, and Sale items are final sale. No exchanges or returns.

 Shipping charges are non-refundable. We will email once product is received, inspected and processed, with your credit total and how to redeem.

 For exchanges, we recommended that you place a new order now for your requested exchange item(s) as quantities are always limited & stock cannot be guaranteed or held. Once your return item(s) are received and processed, you will receive a refund via your original payment method, so long as an exchange order has already been placed.
